國民黨原本計畫31日要動員全台立委參選人，在選區內的市場同步造勢，但現在活動卻臨時喊卡順延。負責承辦的國民黨婦女部主任李彥秀證實，由於「換柱」後需要時間取得婦女幹部的諒解，加上黨主席朱立倫的競選slogan（口號）還沒出來，因此這項活動將順延到11月、12月間舉行。
這項1031國民黨立委參選人全台市場同步造勢活動，在上周三起就有立委陸續接獲通知，有國民黨立委形容，這種感覺就像長期的孤軍作戰後，突然收到黨中央的電令，各地同志士氣完全點燃。
